Hideki Matsui signs one year contract with Angels
According to the New York Times Hideki Matsui will sign a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Angels. The contract signing is pending a physical. According to Hideki Matsui agent “I can confirm that we are in serious discussions with the Angels.”

Orlando Magic Center Dwight Howard has filed two lawsuits in Orange County Florida according to TMZ.com and WSB-TV. He is suing Royce Reed, the mother of his two year old son for $9.2 million in damages. The second lawsuit is for custody of his two year old son.
The lawsuit alleges that Royce Reed along with some of her associates violated a previous agreement made between the two that comments made directly or indirectly against Howard not be made or published in any communication mediums, according to court documents. Some of the alleged comments include:
- “He hasn’t shown up for his scheduled visitation in…three months but loves his son?
- “Royce is gorgeous, and a class act. The new girl is trash…”
- “So apparently he hits ladies…what else?”
- “Has another baby in Atlanta. Pays for ladys home, and keeps it in his cousin’s name.”
According to Dwight Howard these comments may have a serious affect on his career and endorsements. As of right now Royce Reed’s lawyers are stunned and claims that they g=have nothing to do with the comments.

Barry Bonds son was arrested over the weekend for allegedly assaulting his ex wife. According to the Menlo Park police Nikolai Bond was arrested for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism and other crimes. The alleged incident happened on Saturday and involved Sun Bonds who is Nikolai mother. He allegedly threw a door knob at his mother and caused about $400 worth of damage. The 19 year old was released on $50,000 bond.
