Shipping Information

Hollywood Collectibles ships orders via UPS.

Shipping rates are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, destination of your order, and the shipping method you select. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 5:00 p.m. EST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Please Note: Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution center. See Estimated Delivery Day for additional information on calculating your package arrival. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order (see below for details).

Exceptions to our delivery time frame:

• Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Hollywoodcollectibles.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
• If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Hollywood Collectibles, Hollywoodcollectibles.com or UPS, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, Hollywoodcollectibles.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.

All orders valued at or above $100.00 are offered free shipping inside the continental United States. All Free Shipping options are for orders shipped via ground only. These may be shipped either UPS or USPS at our option.

General Shipping Information

• Signature is required upon delivery of any package valued at $300.00 or more for your protection. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.
   
• Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution center the same day. Exceptions include items that require framing, special order, or require third party authentication.
   
• Customers will recieve an email with their UPS tracking number or can request their UPS tracking number from Hollywood Collectibles by calling 1 888 670 4529.
   
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

*Sales which include coupon codes that promote "Free Ground Shipping" will deduct the cost of shipping from your order. If the coupon code is used and a shipping method other than Ground is chosen (Next Day, Second Day, 3rd Day, etc), the cost of the shipping will be charged after your order has been processed.

International shipping rates vary upon size of package and may sometimes be different from what the shipping calculator estimates. In the event of this happening, Hollywood Collectibles WILL contact you via email prior to shipping out the order to confirm your request and take care of any additional or over payment of order.

International Shipping rates are significantly higher than standard rates. We do NOT ship internationally via any method other than UPS.
